SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free ground shipping for orders totaling $50 or more!
Flat rate orders ship via Ground (typically UPS or USPS) method. Continental US only.
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days (blank) or 3-5 days (prints) and ship from our Virginia warehouse via the method indicated at checkout. Please allow an additional 1-5 days for transit based on delivery location. Tracking is sent via email on the day your order ships. We will gladly ship on your UPS or FedEx account number. If this option is chosen, be sure to add the account number and desired shipping method (i.e. ground, next day, etc.) in the order comments. Orders with incomplete information are subject to delay.
Return & Exchange Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 days after the original order date. At our sole discretion after 30 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage
• within 30 days of the order date
• must not be a special order or a custom order
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
